We get how you feel.

We can help.

You may be at your wits end with your dog’s out of control behavior. You may be feeling embarrassed when your dog jumps all over your guests. Just the idea of taking your dog to the vet may stress you out. You may feel like you have no control over your dog and fear dropping the leash because your dog will not come back when you call them.

Our goal is to get you in control of your dog. We want you to feel confident holding the end of your dog's leash when you pass another dog. We want you to be proud of your dog's behavior when guests come over. We want you to have the peace of mind knowing that if the leash gets dropped, your dog won’t take off.

And most importantly, we want you to enjoy your dog.

After all, that's why you got a dog in the first place! With Rose Dog Training, you can have the dog you dreamed of - the well behaved family member who brings joy, not stress.

  • "Our family adopted Frank in June. He quickly became very vocal and very demanding. Frank is our family's first dog. We tried to train him ourselves and while we made some progress he began to exhibit what we determined to be unmanageable behaviors. Enter Rylee! I called her for help and was so happy I did. She troubleshooted Frank's very specific issues/ quirks. She worked in real time at our house with us as a family and individually and taught us how to properly interact with him. She taught me how to speak, I would say "dog" but she actually taught me how to speak "Frank" since he definitely has his own special way of communicating. I did not enjoy having a dog until Rylee came to train us. I would highly recommend her services and training methods, she is calm and patient and is able to create creative solutions to your dog's struggles. Because of her we are able to eat family dinner in peace without Frank barking the entire meal. I would not hesitate to call her, especially if you think there is no hope in changing behavior for your dog. She was fantastic!"

It’s more than just training the dog…

...it’s also teaching you how to feel confident training your dog. Very often, we hear stories from our clients about past attempts at training—a common theme being that after the video ended or they left the session, they felt lost, confused, and that they were doing everything wrong. Our goal is to prevent this from happening because, in truth, a lot of the training will be happening between your sessions. Our #1 goal is to make sure you walk away from our lessons feeling confident, knowing you are doing everything right, and you will know you’re doing everything right as you watch your dog actively learning and making progress right before your eyes!

Professional Dog Trainer: Rylee Rose, CPDT-KA, FDM

I have a passion for my work built through a lifetime of owning dogs, and over a decade spent in various industries working with dogs. My professional journey began during my teenage years when I volunteered at animal shelters and worked in boarding kennels. Through these experiences, I began developing skills in handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments. I spent a couple years assisting in canine rehabilitation, where I gained valuable insights into the vital connection between physical health and a dog's behavior. My dog training journey extends beyond just the basics; I continually expand my expertise by taking courses and reading books published by well accomplished trainers to stay at the forefront of canine behavior and training techniques. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), Family Dog Mediator (FDM), and graduate of Michael Shikashio’s Master Course - Aggression in Dogs, I am committed to creating positive experiences for both dogs and their owners. For fun, I enjoy training my cat - it’s a great way to practice patience after being spoiled by so many smart dogs. If my cat can do it, so can your dog!
